Open Question: Is buying a car cheaper in the US or canada? currency question.?
when ever my friends went chopping they saved up all their money and went down to the states from ehre canada toronto because they claimed it was cheaper there. they said even though our currency was lower after u traded ur moey in u could still make savings on clothes.
when the currency had a difference to it say when it was at 75cents to teh us dollar that meant that cars were 25% cheaper in teh states? how does car pricign work? now that the dollars are par how can i an average canadian benifet from it besides coming down and buying some nice clothes for cheap without the currency difference?
now i want to buy a car. a car when the dollar was 75cents was say $35,000 canadian how much was that in the US then? was it 35 g’s aswell i dought it. say it was like 30 g’s thats a 5 grand savings now that the dolalrs are even does that mean that taht same car is still 35 grand here while it is 30 grand in the us and i can get it 5 grand cheaper beacuse my currency is even with the USdolar
main question is how does car pricing work in these 2 countries ? can i get my car cheapr from the states beacuse of the par dollars? how else can i benifet from this?
