Open Question: 100% Hedge?
Some guy was talking about foreign currency exhange with two accounts. One with high interest, one with none.?
To execute this trade, we buy 1 foreign currency at interest paying side, and sell the currency at no interest account. Therefore, our positions are completely hedge. We can sit on this hedge as long as we can to earn daily interest.
Has anyone done this? Is it successful/worthwhile?
